In this article, you will learn about consolidated financial reports in Qoyod: generating one unified set of reports across more than one subscription belonging to the same legal entity, without exporting each subscription and merging it by hand in external files.
Before You Start
- Two or more Qoyod subscriptions: all of them must belong to the same legal entity.
- The Advanced plan: the capability is exclusive to Advanced and is not available on the Basic or Pro plans.
- Reports access: make sure the user has permission to view financial reports.
Steps to Generate a Consolidated Report
- Confirm that the subscriptions you want to combine are registered under the same legal entity.
- Select the subscriptions you want to include in the consolidated report.
- Choose the consolidated report you need and the period you want to cover.
- Qoyod combines the financials of the selected subscriptions into one report automatically.
- Review the group level report before you export or share it.
Available Consolidated Reports
- Consolidated trial balance: account balances across all selected subscriptions in one trial balance.
- Consolidated income statement: revenue, expenses, and the result of operations at group level.
- Consolidated balance sheet: assets, liabilities, and equity combined into one statement.
- Consolidated cash flow statement: the group’s cash movement over the selected period.
Exporting and Sharing the Consolidated Report
- Open the consolidated report you generated.
- Choose to export the report as a single file.
- Share the file with management or your external auditor, or use its figures to prepare your group level statements.
Who This Is For
- Multi subscription businesses: running several branches or companies on Qoyod under one legal entity.
- Accounting firms: managing multiple client entities, where consolidated reporting is part of daily work.
- Large multi branch organizations: that need group level reports on a regular cycle.
What It Saves You
- Finance team time: cuts the hours of exporting and merging by hand every reporting cycle.
- Accuracy: removes the copy paste and reconciliation errors that come with merging in external spreadsheets.
- Faster decisions: gives leadership one financial picture of the whole business, in time to act on it.
- Value that grows: the more entities you run, the more time and effort the capability saves.
Notes
- Consolidation covers subscriptions belonging to the same legal entity only.
- You do not need to export any subscription separately or build external spreadsheets to merge the figures.
- The capability is exclusive to the Advanced plan. To upgrade, review your subscription details inside your account.
- If you cannot see the capability, check your plan and your account permissions, or contact support.
