What the integration does
Four events flow automatically from Zid to Qoyod, with no manual work.
Customer data, products, quantities, prices, and tax flow from Zid to Qoyod as an audit-ready invoice.
When the customer pays via the payment gateway, a receipt is recorded in Qoyod and settled against the invoice instantly.
Product quantities are automatically deducted from the linked warehouse, with cost of goods sold recorded.
If the customer cancels or returns a Zid order, a credit note is created in Qoyod and quantities are returned to inventory.
Setup
The connection runs through the FAI Sync app from the Zid App Market, with no code and no developer needed.
In Qoyod, go to Settings → General Settings, click Generate New Key under API key, then copy the key and save.
In the Zid App Market, search for the Qoyod (FAI Sync) app and click Activate.
Inside FAI Sync, paste the API key into the Access Key field, choose the warehouse, and confirm.
Why it matters
As Zid sales grow, tracking every order, product, and return by hand turns into a nightmare. The integration solves it.
Orders entered by hand, inventory mismatched between Zid and Qoyod, and monthly gaps that eat the accountant’s hours.
An API key from Qoyod, the Qoyod app activated from the Zid App Market, and full sync runs.
Every order is recorded automatically, inventory updates in real time, and month-end close becomes a one-click job.
