Guide to the Main Dashboard for Managing Organizations in Qoyod
When you log into your Qoyod account, you’ll see the main dashboard that enables you to easily manage all the organizations added to your account from one place, where you can manage multiple accounts through a single account.
The dashboard displays a separate card for each organization, containing clear information that helps you understand the status of each organization and take appropriate action quickly.
First: Clearer Information for Each Organization
In the main dashboard, you’ll find a card for each organization containing the following data:

Organization Logo
-
Organization Name
-
Organization Number
(used to easily distinguish organizations, especially when you have multiple organizations on the same account) -
Subscription Status
(to know the subscription status directly without entering the organization settings)
Second: Subscription Status Indicators
The organization card shows the current subscription status as one of the following:

Active
Subscription is current and there are no outstanding invoices -
Due
There is an outstanding invoice that must be paid to avoid service interruption -
Deactivated
The subscription is deactivated and needs to be reactivated -
Processing
The organization is still being created and is not yet fully ready
These indicators enable you to understand the status of each organization at a glance without needing to view its details.
Third: Accessing Point of Sale (POS)
If the organization is connected to the Point of Sale (POS) system, you’ll see direct options to access:

Point of Sale (POS)
You can easily navigate between the two systems as needed without additional steps.

How to Navigate Between Organizations
You can navigate between your organizations on the same account by clicking the three dots located at the top next to the logo and organization name, then selecting “Change Company”
