Why aren’t all my projects showing? Where did my other projects go?
If you’re sure you’ve added more than one project but you only see a limited number, the reason is usually one of the following:
-
Active filter options enabled
-
Some projects are archived
-
The project is limited to specific users and you don’t have access permission
First: Check that no filters are enabled
The system retains the last filter options you used, and these filters may be hiding your other projects.
Steps:
-
Go to Tasks and Projects
-
Select Projects
-
Click the Reset button next to the filter options
After that:
-
You’ll see all projects that you have permission to view
Second: Check archived projects
Some projects may be archived, so they won’t appear in the main list.
Steps:
-
Go to Tasks and Projects
-
Select Projects
-
Click on Project Archive from the top options
You’ll see all archived projects, and you can:
-
Review them
-
Or reactivate them if needed
Third: Check project access permissions
In some cases:
-
A user may set the project to be private to specific users
-
As a result, it only appears to those with permission to access it
What should you do?
-
Contact the organization’s primary user
-
The primary user (Super Admin) sees all projects without exception
-
And they can verify or modify your permissions as needed
Important Notes
-
Projects are not automatically deleted from the system
-
Usually they are:
-
Hidden due to filters
-
Or archived
-
Or not visible due to permissions
-
-
Not clicking Reset means the previous filters will continue to be applied
