You can view the last login date for any user by:
- Go to Settings
- Select Users
- The last login date will be displayed next to each user
Important notes:
- Only the date is shown; the specific time or hour cannot be viewed
- You cannot view the complete login and logout history or the number of login attempts. Only the last login is visible
- If you’re looking for operations performed by the user within the system (such as creating an invoice or editing an entry), this is available through the user operations report and not from login records
