Qoyod’s payroll module supports linking an employee to only one cost center. However, you can manually distribute the salary across multiple cost centers/projects through accounting entries.
Alternative Method: Manual Distribution via Manual Accounting Entries

Manual Adjustment Entry: After disbursing the salary through the payroll module (recorded under a single cost center), create a manual adjustment entry to redistribute the expense:

Debit: Salary Expense – Cost Center 1 (the cost center to be charged)

Credit: Salary Expense – Cost Center 2 (the original cost center recorded in the module)
Repeat for each cost center according to the required percentage.
