How to Indirectly Transfer Chart of Accounts Between Entities Using Export and Import Features

You cannot transfer the chart of accounts directly between two entities, but you can copy it manually through importing.

Steps

1. Export the chart of accounts from the old entity

   • Log in to the old entity

   • From “Chart of Accounts,” select “Export”

2. Download the import template from the new entity

   • Log in to the new entity

   • From “Chart of Accounts,” click “Import”

   • Download the Excel import template

3. Fill in the data according to the template

   • Fill in the required data in the import template

4. Upload and import the file

   • After filling out the form, upload it on the same page

   • You will receive an email explaining whether the import was successful or not and the reasons.

Important Notes

• You cannot use the same file you exported from the old entity directly and must adhere to the import template.
