The renewal price of the subscription differs based on the plan type, subscription duration, and enabled add-ons on the account. To view the details of your subscription, you can go to Settings then Subscription Settings.

If the customer is new and asks about subscription prices and the accounting software, ask them to provide us with the following information
Name, phone number, company name, email (if available), and industry type, so we can contact you by phone and answer all your questions about the software and then transfer the conversation

If you want to remove employees (payroll) because you changed subscription tier, you need to delete the employee and you don’t need to delete transactions, and the account will only be charged for active employees.

POS depends on the subscription type. If the subscription is annual, you can subscribe to annual POS users. And if the subscription is monthly, you can subscribe to monthly POS. You cannot subscribe to monthly POS if your subscription is annual, and vice versa.

If the customer asks about a plan for a few months such as a 3-month plan, currently our available plans are (monthly and annual) only. However, you can subscribe to the monthly plan and renew it for the duration you want (whether 2, 3, or 6 months) with complete freedom to continue or cancel at any time.
