Can I prevent Notes, Rules, and Terms fields from being filled in Creditor or Debtor Notifications and Commercial Documents?

Notes, Terms and Conditions fields cannot be prevented from being filled in credit notes, debit notes, or any other business document in Qoyod.

Available Alternatives:

1. Auto-fill: You can fill these fields automatically by going to Settings → General Settings → Document Settings (such as Credit Note settings) and filling in the Notes field or Terms and Conditions. The content will automatically appear when creating a new credit note, but the user can edit it while adding.

2. Control via Permissions: You cannot prevent the user from directly editing these fields, but you can revoke the document approval permission from the user, so the document is reviewed by another user who has the approval permission before it is approved.

3. Hide from Print/Export: You can hide Notes and Terms and Conditions from appearing when printing or exporting the document by deleting its code from the designer via: Settings → General Settings → Choose the required document settings from the top options → Open the designer from the bottom of the page → Delete the Notes and Terms and Conditions element/code then save.
