How to Copy or Transfer Invoice Designs Between Document Types or Organizations

Yes, you can copy any design and use it in another business document, whether:

• Transfer a design from one entity to another entity

• Copy a sales invoice design to a purchase invoice

• Transfer between invoice types (taxed, simplified)

• Transfer any document design to another document.

Steps

Go to Settings, then General Settings, then open the desired designer, then:

1. Select the entire design

   • Press Ctrl + A

2. Copy the design

   • Press Ctrl + C

3. Open the new designer

4. Paste the design

   • Press Ctrl + V
