There's no technical limit on the number of branches — Qoyod is built to serve a one-branch business as well as a chain of dozens. The only difference is the plan that fits your size, and you can add new branches anytime with no downtime or extra setup.

Can permissions be customized per branch? +

Yes. You can grant each user access to a specific branch only — the branch manager sees that branch's sales and expenses, the cashier issues invoices, and the GM sees everything. Permissions are customizable per module (sales, purchases, inventory, reports).

How are financial reports consolidated across branches? +

Each branch records its operations in the same system, so consolidated journal entries are posted to the general ledger automatically. Financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) appear either per-branch, or consolidated across the whole business — in one click.
