Linking Each Commercial Register to a Separate Subscription in Phase 2 E-Invoicing

Clarification on the possibility of linking multiple commercial registrations to the same subscription in the system with the General Authority of Zakat and Tax and Customs for phase two.

Procedures to be followed:

Customer Response:
One subscription can only be linked with the General Authority of Zakat and Tax and Customs in phase two with one tax number and one commercial registration only.

To solve the problem:

  1. More than one commercial registration cannot be linked to the same subscription.

  2. A separate subscription must be created for each commercial registration you wish to link to the system.

Additional Notes:

  • This procedure complies with the requirements of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax and Customs.

  • Make sure to use a different tax number and commercial registration for each new subscription.

  • If you have more than one branch and each branch has different tax invoices and commercial registration, you must add a new establishment for each branch with a separate subscription and add its commercial registration number.
