A remote service to set up and configure the system directly with the customer, and ensure data readiness.
The service includes:

The service does not include adding any journal entries, opening balances, or other services. However, these are available in Qoyod’s other professional services, such as the opening balances service and bookkeeping service.

The onboarding service for charities requires an intensive working session to complete the upload of the charity’s chart of accounts.

Price of onboarding service for charities: 1150 SAR including VAT.
How to request the service:

The request will be submitted to the relevant team

The relevant team will send an email to the customer to confirm receipt of the request and inform them that the team will contact them and send a quote.
Important notes:

When submitting a service request, the team will contact you within two business days to schedule the service.

The only payment method for the onboarding service is bank transfer.

All professional accounting services are provided online, and in-person services are not available at this time.
