The fit result is an indicative estimate based on the inputs you entered and is not a contractual commitment. The «Other apps» figure represents the pattern common to cloud accounting software in the Saudi market as of September 2026, not any specific system. Each plan has a different scope, and some capabilities (such as inventory, API integration and advanced analysis) need a higher plan, so check the plan scope with the sales team. POS users are added as paid users after subscribing and POS does not run during the free trial.

    The alternatives

Which alternative are you comparing Qoyod with?

Most businesses choose between five patterns. Each has its own logic, and this is the point where it parts ways with Qoyod.

Cloud invoicing and accounting app The most common pattern It issues invoices, keeps the books and connects you to the Fatoora platform. The trouble starts as the business grows: inventory, the cashier and branches live outside the system or through extra tools. With Qoyod: invoicing, books, inventory and the cashier in one database.
Cashier and POS system Built around the sales screen Strong on the cashier, orders and shifts, but it is not an accounting system. You usually end up with a second system for the books and returns, and manual export and import between them. With Qoyod: every sale flows into inventory and the journal entries with no intervention.
Inventory and retail system Built around quantities It controls items, barcodes and warehouses precisely. Then the financial statements, cost calculation and the tax return go back to an external file or to the accountant. With Qoyod: multiple warehouses, stocktaking and product cost on top of full accounting books.
Traditional ERP suite An implementation project, not a subscription It covers everything in theory, but it comes with setup cost, an implementation team and a launch timeline far longer than most small and medium businesses need. With Qoyod: you start within a day and add modules when you need them.
Excel files and the manual method Where everyone starts Flexible and free at the beginning, and it does not hold up against e-invoicing or an audit. One broken formula can go unnoticed until the end of the year. With Qoyod: permissions, an activity log and cloud data under security and privacy controls.

    What makes the difference

Qoyod is not an invoicing app, it is an operating system for your business

Issuing a compliant invoice is the minimum. The real question: what happens to your data after the invoice?

    One set of data

Sales, inventory, the cashier and the accounts in one database, with no manual export and import between tools.

A cashier tied to the books

Every sale at the point of sale flows into inventory and the journal entries with no intervention.

    Compliance you can rely on

Integrated with the Fatoora platform, with smart compliance alerts that warn you before sending and reduce the risk of rejection.

    It scales with you

Branches, warehouses, users, integrations and APIs, without changing systems every year.

    FAQ

Questions people ask when comparing systems

Why do you not name the other systems?
Because we compare patterns rather than names. Any comparison against a named system goes stale with that system’s first update, and it may be unfair to them or to us. What helps you more is knowing the questions to ask any system you evaluate, and the items in the table above work for any proposal you receive from any vendor.
How does the fit tool work out the result?
The tool weights the items you selected: each sector, size and requirement carries a different weight in the calculation. The result is an indicative estimate that helps you order your priorities before you start the free trial, and it is not a formal assessment of any other system. The real verdict comes when you see the system running on your own data.
Why is there no price comparison?
Every system prices differently by plan, number of users, locations and add-ons, and any figure we publish goes stale quickly. What helps more is comparing total cost: the system plus the extra tools you will need alongside it. Start the free trial and the subscription plans will appear when you choose a plan.
Is Qoyod certified for e-invoicing by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority?
Yes, Qoyod is certified and compliant with Phase 2 and integrated with the Fatoora platform. Registering your establishment’s compliance certificate (CSID) is a step your establishment carries out, then Qoyod handles reporting to the Authority after the connection. Determining the wave that binds your establishment comes from the Authority’s notification to you.
I use another system today. Is migrating complicated?
Migration runs through Excel and CSV import templates covering customers, products, suppliers, opening balances, journal entries and sales and purchase invoices. The import is manual and there is no automatic connector to other systems, and an assisted account migration service is available from a specialist team if you want it.
Is POS available during the free trial?
No. The 14 day free trial runs on the Basic plan and covers accounting and issuing invoices, and Phase 2 linkage with the Authority is available on the Pro and Advanced plans. POS users are added as paid users after subscribing.
