Clarification on the types of barcode readers supported in Qoyod. While Qoyod software does not provide barcode reader devices directly, you can use any barcode reader compatible with your device, and it typically works normally without complex configuration.
First: Types of Barcode Reader Devices
There are two main types:
1) Separate Barcode Reader Devices
This is the most commonly used type.
It is an independent device that is connected to:

USB cable

Or via Bluetooth
As long as the device you use (computer or POS device) supports the reader, the system supports it.
It is recommended to choose a reader that works via USB because it is the easiest to connect and use.
2) Built-in Devices (All-in-One Device)
Some devices have the barcode reader built into the device itself, and they are usually integrated POS devices.
These devices can be used as a POS and barcode reader at the same time.
Supported Devices
The system supports the following devices:

Any Android device version 7.0 or newer

If a customer asks about a different device not mentioned above, it is recommended to test it before purchase to ensure compatibility.
If the Barcode Reader Does Not Read the Product
If the reader is connected to the device correctly, but when scanning the barcode the product does not appear despite confirming that the barcode number is correct:
Usually the problem is from the reader’s settings themselves.
The Solution:
Enable the option to add an ENTER button automatically after scanning.
You can search on Google for the barcode reader device name + the word manual and consult the user manual to find out how to enable the ENTER option.
