Current Status
The option to auto-allocate receipt by invoice seniority is available only from the web version (browser), and is currently not available in the Qoyod app on mobile (Android and iPhone).
How to Respond to the Customer

Tell the customer directly that this option is available only through the web version.

Direct them to use the browser on mobile or computer to access the feature:

Sales → Customer Receipts → Create New Receipt → Enable “Auto-allocate receipt by invoice seniority”.

If the customer insists that they need the feature from the app and the browser doesn’t work for them, escalate the conversation to human support with clarification that the feature is not currently available in the app and the customer is requesting it.
