Resolving the Issue of Some Data Not Appearing on the Barcode When Printing
If you notice that the product name, selling price, or facility name does not appear on the barcode when printing, the reason is usually due to not enabling the appropriate options from the settings.
Cause of the Problem

The data that appears on the barcode is controlled from product settings
-
If the required option is not enabled, the data will not appear on the barcode even if it exists within the product
Solution Steps
1) Accessing Product Settings

Go to Settings
-
Choose General Settings
-
From the top options, choose Product Settings
2) Enabling the Data You Want to Display on the Barcode
Within product settings, ensure you enable the appropriate options according to your preference:

Product Name → to display the product name on the barcode

Selling Price → to display the selling price
-
Facility Name → to display the facility name
You can enable one or more options as needed.
3) Saving Changes

After selecting the required options
-
Click Save
-
The changes will be applied directly to the barcode when it is printed

You must save the settings for the changes to take effect

All new products

and printing the current barcode after the update
