Trial Registration, Account Activation, Getting Started, and Training

Try Qoyod Software (Free Trial Period, 14 Days)

You can try Qoyod software for free for 14 days before subscribing, to explore the system and test how to work on it.

How do you start the trial period?

The trial period starts from the registration date immediately, and ends automatically after 14 days without the need for any action from you.

To register:

  1. Go to the registration link:
    https://www.qoyod.com/home/free_trial_sign_up
  2. Enter the required information:
    • First name and family name
    • Phone number
    • Email
    • Organization name
    • Your role in the organization
    • Organization sector
    • Organization size
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  4. Click Start Now.

A success message will appear, and you will receive an email to activate your account.

Activate your account and create a password

  1. Open the registered email.
  2. If you don’t find the activation message, search for the word Qoyod or check your junk mail (Junk).
  3. Click Confirm Your Account.
  4. Enter and confirm your password, making sure they match, then click “Continue”

Sign in after activation

You can sign in through:

What does the trial period include?

  • The trial is activated on the Basic Plan.

  • No maximum limit for:
    • Number of invoices
    • Number of accounting entries
  • You can add only one user during the trial period.

  • Phase Two E-invoicing
  • Store Integration
  • Zapier and API
  • Advanced Inventory
  • Projects
  • Payroll
  • Budgets

What happens after the 14 days end?

After the trial period ends:

  • You cannot add any new data.
  • You can:
    • View all data
    • Export reports and data
  • ⏳ The ability to view and export continues for 6 months.
  • ️ After 6 months, the organization is completely deleted automatically.

Can the free trial period be extended?

The free trial period is granted only once by default for each organization.

If the customer wishes to extend it:

  • Collect contact information:
    • Name
    • Organization name
    • Contact number
  • After collecting the required information, transfer the conversation to an agent to follow up with the sales team.

Can you subscribe after the trial ends?

Yes, you have two options:

Option One: Upgrade on the same organization

  • You can subscribe and upgrade your plan
  • All data entered during the trial is retained

Option Two: Add a new organization

  • From:
    Settings → Subscription Settings → Add Organization
  • A new organization is created with no data
  • Choose a plan and pay

Can you get a trial version with all features?

Some customers request a trial that includes all advanced features.

In this case:

  • Contact information is requested (name, phone number, organization name)
  • Then the request is transferred to a specialist to verify if this is possible depending on the situation

If you need personal training, we offer 4 hours of paid training.

You can request the service by clicking on Professional Services from the dropdown menu and then selecting the training service and then clicking “Contact the Team” and the team will contact you within 24 hours.

During this service, we will send a licensed accountant for a 4-hour training visit to your team, with the aim of providing direct support on how to make the most of Qoyod’s features.

The training includes:

1. Practical and comprehensive training

You will receive direct training from a licensed accounting expert with extensive experience, which helps you understand the program’s features and use them correctly.

2. Answering inquiries

During the training visit, you can ask questions related to the program and receive appropriate guidance on how to use the system efficiently.

3. Improving financial workflow

The training helps facilitate the process of recording and managing accounts more effectively, which contributes to improving the financial workflow and ensuring data accuracy.

Explanation of how to use the Help Center located on the left side of the screen

You can use the Help Center located on the left side of the screen to quickly access the most important information and services within Qoyod.

When you open the Help Center, several options will appear at the bottom, and each option has a different function:

1) Home
This section shows you the content and services displayed in the Help Center, such as:

  • User guides
  • Knowledge articles
  • Learning videos
  • Webinars and updates
  • Frequently asked questions

In short:
It’s the home page that brings together all the resources that help you understand and use the system easily.

2) Qoyod Updates
This section is dedicated to displaying all updates to Qoyod software as they come, with a clear explanation for each update.
And through it you can learn about:

  • New features
  • Improvements that have been made
  • Changes to the system
  • Any new developments in Qoyod

This is very helpful if you want to keep up with everything new in the system continuously.

3) Ask us
This option is dedicated to accessing the chat icon with the Qoyod support team.
And through it you can communicate directly with the support team at any time, as support is available 24 hours, and responses are usually provided within minutes.

This option is helpful if you:

  • Need direct assistance
  • Encounter a problem in the system
  • Have a question and couldn’t find an answer in the articles or guides

How to make better use of the Help Center

  • Start from Home if you’re looking for an explanation or guide
  • Go to Qoyod Updates if you want to know about the latest updates
  • Use Ask us if you need direct support from the customer service team

    Important notes

  • If you don’t receive the activation message, check your junk mail.
  • The password must match in both fields.
  • The trial period does not include all advanced features.
  • There is no limit on the number of entries or invoices during the trial.
