What is the Tax Number

• The tax number is specific to each company in Saudi Arabia and is used for taxation.

• It’s like an ID number for individuals.

• It consists of 15 digits.

• You can find out the number or cancel it if the company has ceased operations from the General Authority of Zakat and Tax website.

The Difference Between the Tax Number and Other Numbers

• Unique Number: It only shows the company’s identity and doesn’t determine taxes.

• Tax Number: It indicates the taxes that the company must pay.

• Commercial Registration: It contains all company information but doesn’t determine taxes.

How to Add the Tax Number to the Program

1. Open Settings from the main menu.

2. Select General Settings.

3. Enter the tax number in the designated field (15 digits).

4. Click Save.
