Printing Content on the Back of the Invoice (Warranty Policy, Terms and Conditions, Return and Exchange Policies)
When a customer asks how to print a warranty policy, terms and conditions, or any other content on the back of an invoice sheet, there are two available methods:
Method 1: Add a Second Page with Terms + Duplex Printing

Go to Settings, then General Settings.

Select Sales Invoice Settings from the top options.

Go to the bottom of the page and click Open Designer (tax invoice designer or simplified invoice designer depending on invoice type).

Add a second page containing the required warranty policy or terms and conditions as fixed text within the invoice design.

Save the design.

When printing, enable the Duplex Printing option from printer settings, so that the second page (terms) is automatically printed on the back of the sheet.
Note: The duplex printing option depends on the printer’s own settings, not on the system. The printer must support Duplex Printing.
Method 2: Use Pre-printed Paper
You can prepare papers pre-printed with terms and conditions or warranty policy on the back, then print invoices from Qoyod on the front side of this pre-prepared paper.
This method is suitable if the terms are fixed for all invoices and do not change.
Important Notes

Qoyod does not directly control printing on the back; duplex printing depends on printer settings (Duplex).

If the customer wants to add the terms on the same invoice page (at the bottom, for example), they can add them directly in the invoice designer as fixed text without needing duplex printing.

For the mobile app: You cannot add notes and terms while creating an invoice from the app, but you can enter the invoice from a mobile browser as an alternative solution.
