How to Export Your Product List

You can easily export your product list from the system for viewing, review, or sharing by following the steps below:

Steps to Export Products

1. From the sidebar menu, navigate to:
   Products and Costs

2. Select Products and Costs

3. Click on Export Products

4. Select the product category you want to export:

   • Active products

   • Archived products

   • All products

5. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device

Data Shown in the Export File

The CSV file contains the following information for each product:

• Sequential number

• Arabic name

• English name

• Description

• Type

• Barcode

• Product category

• Purchasable?

• Purchase price

• Sellable?

• Selling price

• Quantity

• Stock?

• POS product

You can open the file using Excel or any program that supports CSV files.

Important Notes

• Make sure to select the appropriate export category according to your needs (active / archived / all)

• If there is an active filter on products:

  • Only visible products will be exported

  • The remaining products will not appear in the file

To export all products:

1. Click on Reset in filter options

2. Then perform the export products operation
