You can delete the product if no associated transactions such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, or inventory adjustments have been added.
Solution steps:

Check transactions associated with the product:
- Go to the Products page.
- Click View next to the desired product to see the associated transactions.

Delete the product:
- If there are no associated transactions, you can delete it directly.

If there are associated transactions:
- You cannot delete the product if there are associated transactions.
- You can delete the associated transactions first if possible.

Archiving as an alternative to deletion:
- If you cannot delete the transactions or do not wish to delete them, you can archive the product.
- Use the Archive option next to the product.
- You can then re-enter the product correctly if needed.
Additional notes:
- When you archive the product, it will not appear in the active products list and will not show when entering a product in invoices, but it will remain saved as a record.
- You cannot archive a product that is embedded in one of the bundled products.
