You can modify the voucher design and add signature information such as the General Manager’s signature, the Accountant’s signature, and the Recipient’s signature.
Steps to modify voucher format:

Go to “Settings”.

Select “General Settings”.

Click on “Voucher Settings” from the top options.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Open Designer”.

Add the required texts in the appropriate place (for example: Accountant’s signature – Recipient’s signature – General Manager’s signature).

Save the changes and exit.

When printing the voucher, the added information will appear in the new design.
Important Notes:
- The modification applies to both old and new vouchers.
- If you want to add a ready-made signature, you can add it as an image in the designer by inserting and then selecting a picture.
