If you are connected to the Authority through the Simulation (Test) system, you can cancel the test connection and then reconnect officially by following these steps:
- Cancel the test connection from the Authority’s website.
- Go to Qoyod Settings then Electronic Linking.
- Select Fatoora Portal (Official Linking).
- Click Start Linking.
- Then, complete the linking by entering the linking numbers you receive from the Authority.

- When you enter the linking page, make sure to select Fatoora Portal instead of Fatoora Simulation.
