Add the Main Inventory Account:
- Go to Chart of Accounts.
- Click on Add Account next to Current Assets.
- Select Account Type as “Inventory”.
- Enter the Account Name (such as “Main Inventory”).

Convert the Current Inventory Account to a Sub-account:
- Click on Move next to the previously added inventory account.
- Select the “Main Inventory” account to be the parent account.
- You will then be able to convert this account to a sub-account within the new account.

Add Other Warehouses:
- You can add multiple sub-inventory accounts under “Main Inventory” naturally by following the same steps.
