How to Add Notes, Terms and Conditions in the Mobile App and Alternative Solutions

Clarification on the Ability to Add Notes, Terms, and Conditions When Creating an Invoice from the Qoyod Mobile App

In the **Qoyod Mobile App**, there are limitations on entering notes, terms, and conditions directly while creating a **sales invoice**. In other words, you cannot add or edit them within the app during the creation process.

However, there are alternative solutions to overcome this limitation:

Alternative Solutions

  1. Enter the invoice through the mobile browser

    • You can open your Qoyod account from the mobile browser instead of the app.

    • Then you will be able to add notes, terms, and conditions completely while creating the invoice.

  2. Add terms and conditions as static text in the invoice template

    • This is suitable if you have **general terms and conditions for all customers**, such as replacement and return policies.

    • The steps:

      1. Go to **Settings** → **General Settings**.

      2. Select **Sales Invoice Settings** from the top options.

      3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on **Open Designer**.

      4. Add the terms and conditions as text within the invoice template.

      5. Save the template, and the terms will appear on all invoices automatically.

Important Note

  • After creating the invoice from the **mobile app**, you can add a **comment (COMMENT)** from the invoices list:

    • Open the invoice → Add the comment below it.

    • This comment appears for any user in the **Activity section below the invoice**.

    • It will not appear in the template when printing, it’s only for tracking notes internally.
