How to Add a Payment Card and Enable Automatic Subscription Payments in Qoyod

If the customer asks about how to link a card to Qoyod or activate automatic payment or requests steps to renew a card subscription, inform them as follows:

Steps (from Browser):

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar menu
  2. Select Subscription Settings
  3. Choose “Payment Methods” from the top options
  4. Click on Add New Card
  5. Enter your card details and confirm the transaction

Once the card is added, automatic payment is automatically activated for future subscriptions without any additional steps.

Important Notes:

  • These steps are available from the browser only and not from the mobile app. If the customer is using the mobile app, direct them to open Qoyod from a browser to complete the process.
  • The permission to add a card and manage the subscription is available to any user who has the “Subscription” permission in their role. If the customer does not see subscription options, the account owner needs to add this permission to their role.

When to Transfer to a Human Team:

  • Provide the steps first and do not transfer automatically.
  • Transfer to the Subscriptions team only if the customer encounters a problem during implementation (such as incomplete payment, option not appearing, card rejection, or requesting direct help with renewal).
  • When transferring, ask the customer for: Business Name + Business ID (displayed at the top of the page on the left next to the # symbol).
