Can I view sales and revenue by user or branch in POS separately?

With Qoyod, you can track all operations by user or branch through custom fields in the Qoyod software.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Custom Fields

  3. In the Select Service dropdown, choose Sales or Quotes

  4. Create a new custom field with a name like “Sales Rep Name” or “Branch”, and set the type to “Text”

  5. Click Save

Link the Field to a User:

  1. From the same Settings menu, select Users

  2. Click Edit on the desired user

  3. Scroll down, you’ll find the Custom Fields field

  4. Select the appropriate field for this user

  5. Click Save

Analysis and Tracking:

After setting up the fields and linking them to users, you can analyze revenue and sales for each user or branch through the Income Report using the custom fields.

Additional Notes:

  • You must link the field to the user manually

  • You can add multiple fields for greater detail according to your needs
