The Aged Receivables Report is an operational report that helps you track outstanding invoices from customers and suppliers, and classify them by aging period, making it easy for you to know:

Collection or payment priorities
How does the report work?
The Aged Receivables Report is based on:

Invoice issue date
-
Invoice due date
The number of days is calculated based on the difference between the issue date and the due date, then invoices are classified into the following periods:

1 to 30 days
-
31 to 60 days
-
61 to 90 days
-
More than 90 days
Accessing the Aged Receivables Report
To access the report within the system:
From the sidebar menu
Reports → Operational Reports → Aged Receivables Report
Report view methods
You can view the report in two ways based on the View Method option selected in the filter options:
First: Summary View
Displays the report in aggregate form, including:

Entity name (customer or supplier)

Entity type (Customer / Vendor)

Columns showing invoice values by period:

1 to 30 days
-
31 to 60 days
-
61 to 90 days
-
More than 90 days
-

Total outstanding amount
This view is suitable for understanding the overall picture of receivables without getting into the details of each invoice.
Second: Detailed View
Displays each invoice separately, including:

Row number
-
Transaction number
-
Document type
(Sales Invoice or Purchase Bill) -
Issue date
-
Due date
-
Entity name
-
Outstanding amount (remaining balance only)

Days overdue
Understanding the Days Overdue column:
-
Positive number (example: 10)
Means the invoice is overdue and has been outstanding for 10 days. -
Negative number (example: -10)
Means the invoice is not yet due, and will be due in 10 days.
Which invoices appear in the report?
The report includes only:

Invoices with the status:
-
Approved
-
Partially paid
-
The report excludes:
-
Draft invoices
-
Invoices awaiting approval
-
Fully paid invoices
Partially paid invoices
If an invoice is partially paid:

The report displays the remaining balance only
-
Each time an additional payment is assigned:

The balance shown in the report decreases
-

When the invoice is fully paid:

It disappears from the report
-
Unassigned receipts
-
If there is a receipt or payment voucher not assigned to invoices:

It does not affect the Aged Receivables Report

The invoices remain displayed as outstanding

The report will display invoices with an outstanding balance of 200 or more

Note:
The export is completely based on the filters selected when generating the report.

Important notes

The report is based on invoice issue date and due date

Negative numbers do not indicate an error, but invoices not yet due

The displayed balance is always the remaining amount only

Unassigned receipts do not affect the report
