This article explains how to create a social insurance plan for an employee in Qoyod and edit it later.

What is a social insurance plan
A social insurance plan is created for each employee in the organization, where the employee’s details and the approved insurance rates are filled in.
Steps
- From the dropdown menu, choose “Employees”.
- Open “Social Insurance”.
- Click “Add New Social Insurance Plan”.
- Fill in the plan details carefully (double-check every value before saving).
- Click “Save”.
View and edit the plan
After saving, the full plan details appear along with the information linked to the employee. To edit the plan later, click “Edit” at the bottom of the page.
