Deleting Vouchers

This article explains how to delete Receipt and Payment Vouchers in Qoyod, and the correct order for deleting an invoice that has a voucher applied to it.

Sales › Customer Vouchers

Steps

1. From the “Sales” dropdown, select “Customer Vouchers”.
2. The vouchers page appears with both types (receipt and payment).
3. Click the “Delete” icon next to the voucher.
4. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.

Deleting an Invoice After Deleting a Voucher

• You cannot delete an invoice that has vouchers recorded against it. Delete the related vouchers first, then delete the invoice from the invoices page.

Deletion Confirmation

Once the invoice is deleted, a green confirmation bar appears with the message “Invoice deleted successfully”.
