Qoyod Subscription Invoice

A guide to getting your Qoyod subscription Invoice and how you receive it after every payment.

How Your Subscription Invoice Reaches You

  • When payment is completed (online or bank transfer), a confirmation is sent to the email registered for the organization.
  • The message includes the subscription Invoice details: plan name, duration, value, and VAT.

Invoice Contents

  • Organization name and tax number.
  • Invoice date and subscription period.
  • Purchased plan and value.
  • VAT amount.
  • Payment method.

Getting a Past Copy

If you need a copy of a past Invoice (for example, it didn’t reach your email or was lost):

  1. First, check the spam folder in your email.
  2. If you don’t find it, contact Qoyod support via:
    • Email: support@qoyod.com.
    • Phone: 8004330088.
  3. Provide the support team with the organization number and the date of the requested Invoice.

Notes

  • The Invoice is subject to VAT per the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
  • Keep a copy of every Invoice for accounting and tax purposes in your organization.
