Renewing Your Qoyod Subscription

A guide to renewing your Qoyod subscription: how reminders reach you, what happens before your plan expires, and how the renewal process works.

Before Your Subscription Expires

  • You receive an email notification before your subscription expires.
  • The subscription status appears on the “View Organizations” page as Due when expiration is near or when there is an outstanding Invoice.

Available Payment Methods

  • Online payment: by credit card. The plan is activated immediately after payment.
  • Bank transfer: the plan is activated after the Qoyod team receives the transfer.

Renewal Steps

  1. Open “Subscription Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click “Manage Plan”.
  3. Choose “Renew Plan” or “Change Plan” as needed.
  4. Review the plan details and price.
  5. Choose the payment method (online or bank transfer).
  6. Click “Continue to Payment” and complete the process.
  7. You receive the subscription Invoice by email after activation.

What Happens If You Don’t Renew on Time

  • The subscription status changes to Deactivated.
  • Access to your data is temporarily disabled.
  • Your data remains stored. When you renew later, access is restored as it was.
