This article explains the Dashboard in Qoyod, which shows key business indicators (payments, revenue, expenses, customers, suppliers) as quick charts so you can track your organization’s performance at a glance.

Payment status
The “Payment status” chart shows unpaid amounts for customers and suppliers. The black segment of the chart highlights overdue amounts out of the total outstanding. You can also see:
- Pending: amounts not yet due.
- Overdue: amounts past their due date.
Click “Pending” or “Overdue” to view the breakdown.
Revenue and expenses
A chart showing total monthly revenue and expenses. Hover over a month to see the numerical value.
- Show only revenue by clicking “Revenue” below the chart.
- Show only expenses by clicking “Expenses”.
Customers and suppliers
A chart showing the status of customer and supplier invoices, including:
- Number of invoices.
- Outstanding amounts.
- Overdue invoices.
- Top five customers with outstanding balances.
- Top five suppliers with outstanding balances.
Click a customer or supplier name to view their details.
Activity log
The activity log displays the most recent operations performed by every user with access, ordered chronologically. It shows:
- User name.
- Operation type.
- Chronological order of actions.
