This article explains the delivery note in Qoyod: what it is, what it contains, and how to view, print, and save it as a PDF from the sales invoice.
What Is a Delivery Note
A delivery note is an official document prepared by the seller or supplier that lists the details and properties of the goods delivered, and is received and signed off by the buyer. It confirms that the sale is complete and releases the seller from responsibility. The note includes:
- Delivery date.
- Customer details.
- Shipping address.
- Details and quantities of the delivered products.

Sales › Sales Invoices › View Invoice › Print Delivery Note
Steps
- From the “Sales” menu, open “Sales Invoices”.
- Click the “View” icon next to the required invoice.
- Click “Print Delivery Note”.
- The print settings open. You can:
- Print the note directly.
- Save it as a PDF.
Show Non-Inventory Products and Services
- By default, the delivery note shows only inventory products.
- To show non-inventory products and services on the note, enable the option from: Settings › Sales Invoice Settings › Show non-inventory products and services on the delivery note.
