Purpose of payslips

Payslips are used to show the employee’s financial details before payment, and include:

• Employee name.
• Month.
• Earnings: monthly salary, allowances, bonuses.
• Deductions: advances, absences or lost time, savings contributions.

View a payslip

1. From the “Payroll” dropdown, choose “Payslips”.
2. Payslips appear for each employee once the payroll run is created.
3. Click the “View” icon to see the payslip details.
4. The payslip can be downloaded as a PDF file.

Other ways to access the payslip

• From the Employees page, click the “View” icon next to the employee to display their payslip on the page.
• From employee vouchers, click the reference name to open the payslip.
• From Reports › Employee Statement Report, the employee’s transactions and payslip components are shown (advances, earnings, expenses).
