This article explains the Organizations view in Qoyod, the components of each organization card, available subscription statuses, and Point of Sale support.
Organizations list
When you sign in, a list of every organization linked to your email appears. Each organization has a card containing:
- Organization logo.
- Organization name.
- Organization number: for easy identification.
- Subscription status: to see the status of each organization.
Subscription status indicators
- Active: the subscription is valid and there are no outstanding invoices.
- Due: there is an invoice pending payment.
- Deactivated: the subscription is deactivated and needs reactivation.
- Processing: the organization is being created.
Point of Sale support
If the organization is connected to Point of Sale, options appear to access:
- Qoyod (the accounting system).
- Point of Sale (POS).
You can switch between the two systems as needed.
