This article explains the two ways to pay a simple invoice in Qoyod (creating a new voucher or using a previous one), plus the accounting dimensions feature when viewing the invoice.

Payment Methods
Method 1: Immediate Payment to the Supplier
- From the invoice options, click “Pay”.
- Select “Create Voucher”.
- Choose the account the amount will be withdrawn from.
- Enter the amount to pay (the remaining amount is calculated automatically).
- Save the voucher.
Method 2: Use a Previous Voucher
To allocate a Payment Voucher already paid to the supplier from “Supplier Vouchers” to the simple invoice, either partially or in full.
- Sales invoices can also be allocated to pay simple invoices for entities with dual roles (Customer + Supplier), with the option to unallocate later.
Accounting Dimensions in the Simple Invoice
You can add accounting dimensions to simple invoice lines as follows:
- Open “Purchases” then “Simple Invoices”.
- Click “View” next to the invoice.
- Next to each line, click the dimension icon to add it.
- When a dimension is added, the icon turns green. When removed, it returns to blue.
