This article explains the Product Attributes feature in Qoyod, which lets you organize products with detailed attributes and values (size, color, material) to simplify inventory management and classification.

1. Set up product attributes
Create custom attributes such as size, color, material, or any specifications that fit your business needs.
2. Product attribute values
- Assign values: for each attribute, define values (for example, for the “Color” attribute: red, blue, green).
- Flexibility: update or edit values whenever needed to reflect changes in your product offerings.
3. Create attribute sets
Group related attributes into sets (matrices) that can be applied to products in one go, making it easier to manage variants.
4. Assign attribute sets to products
- Simple assignment: link the parent product to an attribute set with a single click.
- Automatic updates: once an attribute set is assigned to a product, the system automatically generates product variants based on the values.
Setting up and using the feature
- Sign in to Qoyod.
- Open “Settings”, then “Product Attributes”.
- Click “Create new attribute” and define your custom attributes.
- For each attribute, click “Add product value” to assign specific values.
- Open “Product attribute sets” to create a set and assign attributes to it.
- Apply the set to the parent product.
