This article explains how to add a new project in Qoyod, the required fields, and the project page that brings together the dashboard, financial details, commercial documents, activities, and tasks.

Adding a New Project
- From the main menu, select “Tasks and Projects”.
- Click “Projects”, or the (+) icon to go straight to adding a project.
- Fill in the project details (see the next section).
- Click “Save”.
Project Fields
- Reference number: generated sequentially by default, and can be changed.
- Project name.
- Project description.
- End date.
- Privacy: choose whether the project is visible to specific users or to everyone.
- Users: select the users who can view the project.
- Attachments: such as the contract or any supporting document.
Project Page
Clicking “View” next to a project splits the page into two parts:
Part 1: Dashboard
- Project name: shows the project’s progress percentage and its details.
- Financial details: profit and loss statement, balance sheet.
- Commercial documents: add commercial documents to the project, then view or remove them after they are linked.
- Activities: every action tied to the project. You can add comments for users by clicking the (+) icon, entering the user’s email, and attaching any needed documents.
Part 2: Tasks
Shows the list of tasks linked to the project.
