This article explains how to connect Qoyod to Zapier so you can automate workflows and trigger actions automatically when specific events happen (for example, when a new product is added).
Create a Zapier account and connect Qoyod
- Open zapier.com/apps/qoyod/integrations and create an account.
- Click “Start using Qoyod now”.
- Click “Accept Invite & Build a Zap”.
- Click “Make a Zap”.
Example: send an email when a new product is added
Step 1: configure the Trigger
- Select the Qoyod app from the search list.
- Choose the event: “New product added”.
- Select your Qoyod account (you will be asked to enter your API key).
- Once the checkmark appears, move on to the next step.
Step 2: configure the Action
- Choose the email app you want to use.
- Select the action: “Send a new email”.
- Pick the email account.
- Fill in the email details (recipient, subject, content).
Step 3: turn the Zap on
- Once all steps are complete, click the run button.
- Test the Zap to make sure the connection works.
- Turn the Zap on.
Result
You will receive a new email automatically every time a product is added to your Qoyod organization. The same approach can be used to automate other events through Zapier.
