This article explains the fields for creating a bundled product in Qoyod: unit of measure, barcode, tax, storage and revenue settings, and cost calculation.

Unit of Measure
Select the unit of measure from the list, or add a new unit by clicking the (+) icon. You can view, edit, and delete units from “Manage Units”.
Barcode
- Manual entry.
- Random generation: Qoyod generates a barcode number automatically, which can be downloaded as an image for printing.
- When there is more than one barcode, add the first in “Serial Number” and the second in the “Barcode” field.
Tax
- Zero-rated tax 0%.
- Tax-exempt 0%.
- VAT 15%.
Completing Bundled Product Details
- Is the final bundled product stored or not?
- Sale price and revenue account: to set the account where revenue will be recorded.
- Bundled product cost account: to define how its cost is calculated.
Product Image
You can attach an image for the final bundled product.
Unit Conversion
When needed, Qoyod supports conversion between the different units of the bundled product to simplify invoicing and inventory management. The base unit is set automatically in the second field, and conversion can be cancelled by clicking the “cancel icon”.
Bundle Details
This is the heart of the bundled product: when adding the final product, all the products that go into its composition are defined in the “Bundle Details” field:
- Select each product/raw material that goes into the bundled product.
- Specify the unit for each product.
- Specify the quantity used in one unit of the final bundled product.
Save
Click “Save” to complete adding the bundled product.
