Welcome to Qoyod: A Tour of the Interface

A quick tour of Qoyod: the main interface, the side menu, and the core sections of the cloud accounting system.

The main interface

When you log in for the first time, the dashboard appears with an overview of the business: payment status, monthly income and expenses, top customers and suppliers, and the activity log.

The side menu

The side menu contains the core sections:

  • Sales: Invoices, quotes, customer receipts, credit notes.
  • Purchases: Invoices, simple invoices, purchase orders, supplier payments, debit notes.
  • Products and Costs: Products, inventory, locations, categories, units of measure.
  • Accounting: Chart of accounts, manual journal entries, easy entries, opening balances, accounting quality.
  • Fixed Assets: Assets, depreciation, disposals, asset transfer.
  • Payroll: Employees, payroll run, advances, deductions, social insurance.
  • Reports: Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, and over 20 reports.
  • Settings: General settings, users, branches, taxes, payment terms, e-integration.

The top menu

  • The “Invite & Earn” button to get a free period when you refer your contacts.
  • The three-dot icon to add a new business or switch between businesses.
  • The current business name and subscription status.
