This article explains the new Invoice Designer in Qoyod, which lets you fully customize the look of commercial documents (Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes, quotations, etc.), with options for language, paper size, and ready-made templates.

Basic settings
Language
- Arabic.

Template
Three ready-made templates with different designs to choose from and build on.
Print paper size

- 80 mm (suitable for thermal Invoice printers).
Designer options
File management
- New document, restore last draft, preview, print, edit.
- Undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, paste as text.
- View source code.
Visual assist tools
- Show invisible characters.
- Show blocks (hidden section markers to reveal layout positions).
- Full-screen preview.
Insert elements
- Link: insert a hyperlink.
- Table: add a new table.
- Horizontal line: close the Invoice in line with ZATCA requirements.
- Page break: split the document into multiple pages.
- Non-breaking space.
- Table of contents.
- Date and time: add the date and time of the transaction in line with ZATCA requirements.
- Page number: add automatic page numbering for multi-page documents.

When you click the “Add element” icon, the following elements are available to insert in the Invoice design:
