This article explains the Purchases Analysis by Dimensions report in Qoyod, which lets you analyze purchase values by employee, location, product, or project to make more accurate purchasing decisions.

Steps
- Open “Reports” and click “Dimensional Analysis Report”.
- Set “Analyze by” = “Purchases”.
- Choose how to display values: value or quantity.
- Configure the settings (see the next section).
Settings
Show rows as
- Dimensions: those defined under Settings > Dimensions Settings and linked to purchase invoices and Debit Notes.
- Products and costs: items purchased through purchase invoices or returned through Debit Notes.
- Branches and warehouses: locations.
- Projects.
Show columns as
Same options as rows (dimensions, products, branches, projects).
Period
The time range you want to analyze.
Report content
The report shows results based on the selected values and the chosen row and column data, displaying:
- Total value.
- Total quantity.
