This article explains the Employee Statement Report in Qoyod, which shows each employee’s financial position over a specific period (debit or credit) based on the transactions recorded against them.

What the report shows
The report displays each employee’s transactions at month end or across a specific period, and includes:
- Debit side: deductions and payments made to the employee.
- Credit side: monthly salary entitlements and bonuses that have not yet been paid out.
View a specific employee’s statement
Select the employee’s name from the filter list to display their statement with the related financial transactions.
View all employees’ statements
Select “All Employees” to display a unified Report that combines all of the organization’s employees in a single, complete statement.
