This article explains the actions available on products, services, and costs after they have been added: view, edit, copy, and delete.

Steps
- From the Products and Costs menu, choose Products and Costs.
- The list of previously added products, services, and costs appears.
- In the actions column on the right of each row, four icons are shown: view, edit, copy, delete.
- Click the appropriate icon to perform the action.
Available actions
- View: shows the details of the product, service, or cost, along with the most recent transactions recorded against it.
- Edit: opens the product details page for editing.
- Copy: creates a new product with the same data as the original, which you can then edit.
- Delete: permanently removes the product, service, or cost from the system.
Notes
- A product, service, or cost cannot be deleted if it has prior linked transactions, such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, or manufacturing orders. All linked documents must be removed first before deletion is allowed.
