This article explains how to connect your Zid online store to Qoyod through the “Vsync” app to sync orders automatically and record them in your books.
Phase 1: Sign up in Qoyod and generate the integration key
- Open the Qoyod platform and click “Subscribe Now” to sign up, or “Free Trial” to try the platform for free.
- Enter the basic information and click “Get Started”.
- Activate your account from the verification email sent by Qoyod.
- From the Qoyod dashboard, open “Settings” then “General Settings”.
- Click “Generate New Key” to create an API key for your store.
- Copy the key, then click “Save” to store it in Qoyod.
- The activation email may not arrive in your inbox. Check your spam folder before contacting Qoyod support.
Phase 2: Link your Qoyod account to your Zid store
- Sign in to the Zid platform and open the “App Market”.
- Choose the Qoyod by Vsync app.
- Activate the app on the plan you want (pricing varies by plan).
- Install the app.
- Paste the integration key you copied from Qoyod and click “Confirm”.
- Select the warehouse you want orders to be posted to.
Migrate past orders (before the integration)
Once the integration is in place, new orders are migrated automatically. To migrate earlier orders:
- Click “Pull Orders”.
- Pick the start date for the migration.
- Wait for the pull to complete (it may take a few minutes depending on the order volume).
