Connect Qoyod to Salla

This article explains how to connect your Salla store to Qoyod to sync inventory and automatically create Invoices when orders are completed.

Steps

In Qoyod: get the API key

1. From the Qoyod dropdown menu, open “Settings” then “General Settings”.
2. Copy the API key shown on the page.

In Salla: connect the accounting service to Qoyod

1. From the Salla dropdown menu, open “Store Settings”.
2. Under the “Advanced Settings” tab, select “Service Integrations”.
3. In the “Accounting Services” field, click “Edit” to link Qoyod to Salla.
4. Paste the API key in the designated field.
5. Click “Save”.

Integration options

Change account settings

You can edit the accounts in Qoyod for each Salla account type (sales, discounts, shipping, etc.) from the “Change account mapping with Qoyod” option.

Inventory updates

When you purchase inventory quantities in Qoyod, the quantities are reflected automatically in Salla.

Create Invoices

When an order is sent from Salla to Qoyod with the “Completed” status, an Invoice is created automatically in Qoyod.

Notes

• The order in Salla must move to the “Completed” status before it is pushed from Salla to Qoyod.
• Sync can also be triggered manually from the Salla orders screen.
