Can I use Qoyod without a full accounting background?
Yes. Qoyod is designed to make accounting easy for entrepreneurs running their own businesses. Qoyod also offers a “Hire an Accountant” service to set up the system or train you on using it.
Is there a cost center feature for analyzing revenue and expenses?
Yes. Custom fields are used as cost centers, enabling advanced analysis of revenue and expenses across the income statement, balance sheet, and trial balance.
Can I import previous data into the system?
Yes. You can import:
- Customer list.
- Supplier list.
- Product list.
- Chart of Accounts.
Import is done by downloading an Excel template from Qoyod, filling it with data, and uploading it to the system.
Does Qoyod provide software training?

Is accounting in Qoyod automatic or manual?
Accounting is automatic. As soon as a sales or purchase Invoice is created, the transaction is recorded across all accounting books and reflected directly on the financial statements in a properly prepared, share-ready format.
Does Qoyod serve the service sector?
Yes. Qoyod is not limited to products and costs; it also supports adding services in a simple way, and sales and purchase Invoices handle them just like products.
